Windows Server Modify Web Server Certificate Template to add Client Authentication EKU

We need to add Client Authentication extension but we cannot modify existing default windows server certificate templates

Duplicate the template and make changes to it

But that template does not show up in certsrv GUI

We need to enable that template

Logout and log back in Certsrv GUI
